Reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete RAAC Surveys

RAAC was used in building construction from as far back as the 1950's. It was predominantly used in floor and roof slab construction but not limited to these. Safety concerns over the use of this type of concrete have been highlighted by local govement authorities in recent times. RACS have been surveying the use of this type of concrete for more than two years and are able to offer a bespoke survey service tailored to your needs. Rope Access Construction Surveyors Ltd (RACS) was founded in 2001. Our location in the heart of Worcestershire provides us with a central work base and excellent reach across the whole of the UK.

Our objective is to provide access solutions with minimal disruption to client and public in a timely and cost effective manner. We do this by using only the highest standard of trained staff who are all IRATA qualified Rope Access Technicians experienced and skilled in their trade.
